Blanche Williams, M.S. is recognized as a transformational leader, business maverick, international speaker, trainer, writer, business strategist and national broadcast journalist. She has a proven track record for elevating audiences, organizations, and individuals to perform at their highest and greatest potential.

Ms. Williams earned her stellar broadcasting reputation as pioneering National XM Satellite Radio Talk Show Host of Greatness By Design. For over 7 years, she conducted interviews with high profile and distinguished guests, including Dr. Stephen Covey, Dr. Maya Angelou, Denzel Washington, Faye Wattleton, Charles OsGood, Quincy Jones, Suze Orman, Laila Ali, Kerry Washington, Nancy Wilson, Iyanla Vanzant, Dr. Dorothy Height, Diana Ross, Dr. Ruth Simmons, Janice Bryant-Howroyd, Deepak Chopra, L.L. Williams' skills also included scriptwriting, editing, and producing for other well-known national talk radio personalities. Her creative productions included conducting provocative roundtables and covering historical events such as the 2008 Democratic National Convention's Presidential Nomination of Barack Obama in Denver followed by front row live coverage of the 2009 Presidential Inauguration in Washington, DC.

Inspired by the success of her groundbreaking XM radio roundtable series, Race & Gender in our Nation featuring Dr. Mary Frances Berry, A'Lelia Bundles, Moya Bailey, Jill Nelson and others she established the National Black Women's Town Hall, Inc. (NBWTH), a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, dedicated to addressing black women and girl's issues and concerns through dialogue, leadership development, advocacy, solution-building and mentoring. Its success garnered several invitations to the White House including an exclusive invitation from First Lady Michelle Obama to attend a special film screening with 30 other female leaders from around the country.

Williams uses her broad range of experience and expertise as a Adjunct Professor for the Center for Leadership and Professional Studies at Palm Beach State College. She is author of How To Design Your Mind For Greatness, the 21st Century Sisterhood of Greatness Manifesto, contributing author in bestselling series Chicken Soup for the African-American Woman's Soul, Tuesday Morning Love, and featured in The Color Complex (Revised): The Politics of Skin Color in the New Millennium, Self Seduction: Your Ultimate Path to Inner and Outer Beauty, and national publications including Black Enterprise Magazine, The Green Magazine, and Heart and Soul. Her academic writings have been published in international business management journals including "Creating and Maintaining an Efficient "Built Ford Tough" Learning Organization: The Evolution of Organizational Success."

The Howard University Moorland Spingarn Research Center in Washington, DC currently archives the Blanche A. Williams Greatness By Design" Radio Collection," which began airing on January 20, 2003. It includes once in a lifetime historical conversations with some of the most fascinating people in the world.

Blanche earned her Master's in Leadership with honors from Nova Southeastern University's Wayne Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship where she had several business papers published and received Advanced Training in the Situational Leadership® Model by its renowned creator, Dr. Paul Hersey.

Williams received her undergraduate degree in Communication Studies from University of Maryland. She has received several awards and accolades including ICABA's 2012 100 Most Accomplished Black Entrepreneurs, Community "Woman of Recognition" from National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), the Key To Dade County, Special Recognition from the Palm Beach County Commission (FL) and the USA State Department for her work, as only minority firm, with the Clinton Administration for the 1992 Western Hemispheric "Summit of the Americas" convened in Miami, Florida. Her business training and marketing expertise were combined with her abililty to develop strategic partners as Small Business Incubator Director of the Center for Technology, Enterprise and Development(T.E.D. Center) and garnered her invitation as NGO speaker at the United Nations Habitat II Conference in Istanbul, Turkey.

She is currently a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Women's Leadership Exchange, International Association of Teamwork Facilitators and serves as an expert for the Women's Media Center SHESOURCE.
