Blanche Williams, M.S.


As CEO and Achievement Architect, Blanche utilizes her decades of experience in team building, leadership development and talent optimization to elevate individuals, teams, and organizations, to perform at their highest and best. Williams was named one of ICABA's 2012 100 Most Accomplished Black Entrepreneurs. Her business instincts have been honed and heightened over the past 20 years with clients ranging from corporations and non-profit organizations to educational institutions and governmental agencies. For over 7 years as a National XM Radio Talk Show Host, Blanche conducted interviews with extraordinary people including Dr. Stephen Covey, Dr. Maya Angelou, Denzel Washington, Faye Wattleton, Charles OsGood, Quincy Jones, Suze Orman, Laila Ali, Kerry Washington, Nancy Wilson, Iyanla Vanzant, Dr. Dorothy Height, Diana Ross, Dr. Ruth Simmons, Janice Bryant-Howroyd, Deepak Chopra, L.L. Her exposure to greatness has helped her become an expert in designing strategies that deliver excellence.

She has worked on her share of high profile projects including Western Hemispheric "Summit of the Americas" in Miami, Florida receiving special recognition from President Clinton and the USA State Department for her work along with receiving the "Woman of Recognition" Award from National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) for her efforts as the Small Business Incubator Director of The Center for Technology, Enterprise and Development(T.E.D. Center). Her expertise garnered her a speaking engagement at United Nations Habitat II Conference in Istanbul, Turkey where she spoke on Economic and Community Development.

Blanche brings her special brand of leadership to the classroom, as an Adjunct Professor at Palm Beach State College. She has been published in international business management journals including her article, "Creating and Maintaining an Efficient "Built Ford Tough" Learning Organization: The Evolution of Organizational Success." She is also author of acclaimed 2-CD Audiobook How To Design Your Mind For Greatness, 21st Century Sisterhood of Greatness Manifesto, and contributing author in bestselling series Chicken Soup for the African-American Woman's Soul, How To Be A Sister, and Tuesday Morning Love. She has been featured in The Color Complex (Revised): The Politics of Skin Color in the New Millennium and national magazines including Black Enterprise Magazine, The Green Magazine, and Heart and Soul.

Blanche earned her Master's in Leadership, with honors, in 2012, from Nova Southeastern University Wayne Huizenga School of Business where she received Advanced Training Certification in Situational Leadership® Model from its renowned creator, Dr. Paul Hersey. Williams holds a Bachelor's in Communication Studies from University of Maryland University College. She's a member of the International Association of Teamwork Facilitators and serves as an expert for the Women's Media Center SHESOURCE.
