Blanche
Williams, M.S. is recognized as a transformational
leader, international speaker, trainer/facilitator,
educator, and author. She has a proven track record
for elevating audiences, organizations, and individuals
to perform at their highest and greatest potential.
Her company, Greatness By Design, LLC, specializes
in performance improvement, leadership development,
team building, motivational speaking, human optimization,
integrated talent management and coaching. Her clients
have included government agencies, small business, corporations,
executives, educational institutions, professionals,
and non-profits.
Ms.
Williams has earned a stellar broadcast reputation as
the pioneering National XM Satellite Radio Talk Show
Host of Greatness By Design. For over 7 years,
she conducted interviews with high profile and distinguished
guests, including Dr. Stephen Covey, Maya Angelou, Charles
OsGood, Quincy Jones, Suze Orman, Laila Ali, Kerry Washington,

leads the National Black Women's Town Hall, Inc.

to addressing black women and girl's issues and concerns
through dialogue, leadership development, advocacy,
solution-building and mentoring. Because of her focus
on women, leadership, and media literacy, she is an

Williams
also uses her broad range of experience and expertise
as a Adjunct Professor for the Center for Leadership
and Professional Studies at Palm Beach State College.
She is author of How To Design Your Mind For Greatness,
the 21st Century Sisterhood of Greatness Manifesto,
contributing author in bestselling series Chicken
Soup for the African-American Woman's Soul, and
most recently featured in The Color Complex (Revised):
The Politics of Skin Color in the New Millennium.
Her academic writings have been published in international
business management journals including "Creating
and Maintaining an Efficient "Built Ford Tough"
Learning Organization: The Evolution of Organizational
Success."
She
holds a Master's of Science in Leadership (Sigma Beta
Delta)from the Wayne Huizenga School of Business and
Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern University and
a BA in Communication Studies from University of Maryland
University College. She has received several awards
with the most recent being the 2012 ICABA 100 Most Accomplished
Black Entrepreneurs.
She
